Our Story
With 35 years of experience rooted in the kitchens of his childhood, the chef-owner of a beloved local restaurant brings the rich traditions of Oaxacan cuisine to life for his community. He learned the art of cooking at his grandmother’s side, absorbing not just recipes but the stories, rituals, and respect for ingredients that define Oaxacan food. Today, his restaurant is an extension of that legacy, where hand-ground moles, carefully prepared masa, and slow-cooked dishes reflect generations of knowledge.
